Saltfish Fritters Craving!

Hey Carib food lovers,
Have you ever had one of those days, when you fancy something so nice to eat, but you can’t figure out what that something nice to eat is?

Well this was ME yesterday, I was searching the cupboards and looking in the fridge for something inspiring and tasty, and I couldn’t find a thing.

Just as I was about to give up hope, I spied a packet of yummy saltfish in the cupboard!

Instantly I said to myself “saltfish fritters here we come”. So I got out all the utensils, boilled up mi saltfish and then cooked up a nice batch of saltfish fritters.

And I know they say self praise is no recommendation, but the fritters tasted SWEEEEEET, sorry guys I couldn’t share but I did take a pic for you to ENJOY x x
