Qype: Holiday Inn Kensington Forum in London

This review is not really about the rooms or staying at Holiday Inn Kensington, but about the tasty Caribbean nights that’s held at the beginning and end of each month.

We booked a table (you must book in advance) for eight, and enjoyed a night filled with a wide variety of tasty Caribbean dishes such as fried fish, curry chicken, honey roasted pork, jerk chicken, rice and peas plus many more delicious dishes.

They also had a desert table with over 9 different cakes, ice creams etc and a salad and fish bar, and best of all you can eat as much as you like.

The also have a wide range of cocktails (alcoholic/non alcoholic) and rum punches.

After all the eating and drinking we were directed to a large conference room where we were treated to a live steel band show, limbo dancing and a DJ playing smooth old skool classics including Candy which had everybody on the dancefloor doing the steps!

The atmosphere is really nice and does remind you of being on a Caribbean holiday, you also get the chance to get professional photos taken. Overall it’s a great evening, with good food and a nice friendly atmosphere.
