Welcome to the first ever Caribbean recipe kits blog posts!

First I’ll start by telling you a little bit about myself, what this blog is about and what we do…so get something to drink, curl up on the sofa as it’s going to be a looooooong read….only kidding!

We’ll my name is Sherene and I was born in the hip and happening East end of London (UK) in the early 80′s.  I absolutely love cooking any type of dishes, however my penchant is (yes you’ve guessed it) Caribbean food.  I just love the use of the spices, and the different flavours that go in to each dish.

This blog is about Caribbean food, and my love for it, stay posted and you will find cooking tips, pictures of delicious Caribbean dishes, discussions on Caribbean dishes, competitions BASICALLY if it’s to do with Caribbean food, you’ll find it here!
