The Caribbean food & drink festival comes to “WESTMINISTER”!!!

Join Rustie Lee and other famous Caribbean chefs such as Hasan Defour, Anthony Cumberbatch plus many more for a day of Caribbean food & drink tasting!

The Food and Drink Festival is the highlight event to round off this year’s Caribbean Cuisine Tour 2010. The event depicts “A True Celebration of Caribbean Food, Drink and Lifestyle” and is a great opportunity to experience a slice of authentic Caribbean life.

This televised event will showcase all the Caribbean Cuisine Tour sponsors and the celebrity chefs that are involved in the show.

The exhibition arena plays host to a main stage dedicated to live cooking demonstrations with an exciting cook-off between all the participating chefs. The main stage is also the focal point for live entertainment throughout the day, including music, poetry and dance from the Caribbean.

A key feature of the show is the Caribbean Food Court which has a fantastic selection of national dishes from over 15 Caribbean Islands to sample and then go home and recreate. And let’s not forget the Rum Shack, showcasing and sampling great Rums from around the Caribbean.
